Exercise comes in so many different forms; from a brisk walk to running on the treadmill. While both of those forms of exercises are great ways get your blood pumping, Acts of Altruism wants to show you how fun exercise can be. Join our seasonal classes for a variety of exercises that are fun and will still get your blood pumping!

This section of health and wellness is to help tie, diet, exercise along with other topics like stress relief, testing, precautionary measures, dealing with results and a list of other topics that often come up in life. We want to educate you on ways to prevent chronic and communicable disease but also help at risk and people who are already battling disease to help better control them.
